terms and conditions of the photoshoot

1. Before the Photoshoot

Consultation: We will discuss your vision, preferences, and the purpose of the photoshoot to align our expectations and plan the session effectively.  

   Booking and discussion of all details  occurs after an advance payment of 200 AED, which is non-refundable if canceled. The shoot can be rescheduled . 

Concept and Ideas: We will discuss the style, mood, and overall look you want to achieve. Sharing reference images can be helpful.

Location and Timing: We will decide on the location and timing of the shoot. I can provide a list of the best locations for shooting in Abu-Dhabi.

Wardrobe and Props: We will discuss your wardrobe choices and any props. For one hour of shooting, you can change 2 outfits; for 2 hours, about 4-5.

Hair and Makeup: If you plan to have hair stylist and professional makeup, the services are paid separately. 

Logistics and Backup Plans: We will go over logistics such as how to get to the location and where to park. If the shoot is outdoors, we will discuss a backup plan in case of bad weather.

Final Preparations: Make sure to eat, drink, and rest well before the session to feel comfortable and energized.

2. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 200 AED is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is payable immediately after the photo session. Original photos are released post clearance of full outstanding.
• Payments are accepted in Dirhams (AED), US Dollars (USD), or Euros(EUR) at the exchange rate at the time of the shoot.
• Payment can be made in cash or via transfer to my card.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• The deposit is non-refundable if the photo session is cancelled .
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the photoshoot without additional charges.
• Cancellation of the photo studio is done according to the studio’s rules.
• The time moving around the city is included in the shooting time.
• Any time you are late will be counted as part of the scheduled shooting time. If there is no session booked immediately after yours, I will do my best to accommodate the full duration of your session, depending on the remaining daylight and other factors.

4. Image Delivery

• High-resolution digital images will be delivered within 5-10 days weeks of the photoshoot.
• Images will be provided via an online gallery for selection and downloading.
• Finished photos are stored for 2 months and then deleted, so do not forget to download the material.

5. Usage Rights

• Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal and professional purposes.
• The photographer retains copyright and may use the images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
• All photos from our photoshoot can be used in my social networks and portfolio. If you want your shoot to be confidential, please let me know at the discussion stage. I do not charge extra for confidentiality.

6. Retouching and Editing

• By selecting me as your photographer and booking a session, you acknowledge and accept my current shooting style, artistic vision, editing process, and the terms and conditions of the photoshoot.
• The client selects photos for editing. The maximum period for selecting photos is 14 days, after which the order is considered completed.
• Basic retouching is included in all packages. You can choose the agreed-upon number of photos for further processing.
• Additional photos in editing: 20 AED per photo.
• Advanced and premium retouching are available for an additional fee.
• Requests for additional edits after the final delivery may incur extra charges.
• Additional payment for urgency – 400 AED. Photos will be ready the next day, if I have opportunity.
• The client selects photos for editing. The maximum period for selecting photos is 14 days, after which the order is considered completed.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for their own attire, makeup, and hair unless otherwise specified in the package.
• Clients must arrive on time. Delays may result in a shorter session or additional fees.

8. Liability

• The photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the photoshoot.
• In the event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances, the photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of the session fee.

9. Weather and Location

• Outdoor shoots are subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather, the session may be rescheduled.
• Any location fees are the responsibility of the client.
